Welcome to Todofi. By using our website and services, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept them simple and fair, because we believe the best relationships are built on clarity and respect.

1. Using Our Tools

Our tools are designed to be available everywhere. You can access your thoughts simply by opening your favorite browser on any device. To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your username.

2. Your Content

As we mentioned in our Privacy Policy, you own your ideas. Anything you create—outlines, sketches, or maps—belongs to you. By using our service, you give us permission to host and store that content so you can access it, but we don't own it and we don't sell it.

3. Community Standards

We want this to be a productive space for everyone. You agree not to use Todofi to:

• Break any local or international laws.
• Harm, threaten, or harass others.
• Interfere with the security or performance of our servers.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

4. Service Availability & Updates

We strive for perfection, but the digital world isn't always predictable. While we aim for constant availability, we provide the service "as is" and "as available." We may update features, change designs, or occasionally perform maintenance to keep the "soul" of the app running smoothly.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We’ll always notify you of any price changes in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Todofi is a workspace for your ideas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any loss of data. We highly recommend using our export tools to keep your own backups of vital information.

7. Ending Our Relationship

You’re free to stop using our tools at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end your access if these terms are violated. If we do so, we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can export your notes.
